In this high profile challenging role, you will be responsible for;

  • Manage and achieve P&L performance (top line, bottom line and profit) through the effective development and implementationof local business plan
  • To develop, manage and track the progress of the regional business plan, making adaptations as appropriate
  • Line management of Key Account Managers in your region
  • Key Opinion Leader development for the benefit of local, national and international client teams
  • To negotiate effectively with customers and/or NHS accounts to ensure client agenda and company commercial objectives are met
  • To facilitate the managed entry of new products (awareness, pre-launch, launch activities)

Minimum Requirements;

  • Proven commercial sales experience within the pharmaceutical sector 
  • Ability to demonstrate diversity of customer relationships within the NHS, particularly with SHA, CCG, PCT’s and KOL’s
  • High level Account Development Strategy knowledge and skills; Advanced selling and negotiation techniques
  • Strong project management and financial planning skills
  • Previous experience managing sales teams would be advantageous
